God commands us to tell.
Mark 16:15, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”
Matthew 9:37-38, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
God commands us to love.
John 15:12, “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.”
I John 4:7, “Let us love one another, for love comes from God.”
Leviticus 19:18b, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
John 13:34-35, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples if you love one another.”
Our mission field is large. Florida incarceration rates state 82,124 people entered prison in 2022. In that same year 24,247 of those were released. Recidivism rates continue to decrease each year. Our mission is to share the gospel with those who enter prison so when they enter our communities one day, they will know the Lord and desire to live a life that pleases God.
